The On Our Sleeves 5K hosted by The Columbus Crew, at Lower.com Field on Saturday, May 4 at 9 A.M. Start and finish your race at Lower.com Field and enjoy your walk or run through the heart of Downtown Columbus.

5K Day Packet Pick-Up Opens at 7:30 A.M., *Program Starts at 8:40 A.M., Race Starts at 9 A.M.

Once you have completed your 5K, you are invited to celebrate in the Chase Plaza at Lower.com Field until Noon. There will be activities, snacks, beverages, and more!
Important Details
- Please keep personal items to a minimum. We will not have a gear check station. Clutch bags smaller than 5”x8”x1”, diaper bags and medical bags, and the On Our Sleeves 5K race bag are permitted into Lower.com Field that day. Learn more about what is allowed at Lower.com Field here.
- Spectators are invited to cheer on friends and family along the course. They are welcome into the Chase Plaza at Lower.com Field from 9:30 A.M. to Noon.

Virtual Partcipants
Virtual registration is available for those who cannot make it to Columbus. Complete your 5K walk or run now through May 4, 2024 and track your mileage in your Participant Center. Fundraising closes on May 5, 2024.
