I am breaking stigmas!
I am participating in the 2024 On Our Sleeves 5K because I know how important Mental Health is for kids and adults. Being able to talk and have a safe space. If you know me, you know how important mental health is to me and fighting to break the stigma.
The 5K supports On Our Sleeves, The Movement for Children's Mental Health. On Our Sleeves is on a mission to give free expert-created resources to all U.S. communities so everyone can understand and promote mental health for children.
Kids don’t wear their mental health on their sleeves, and by supporting my efforts, you are helping to break stigmas and give kids a voice. No action is too small. No voice is too young.
