I am participating in the 2024 On Our Sleeves 5K hosted by the Columbus Crew with founding partners, Big Lots and Nationwide! This takes place on Saturday, May 4th -- I know, time is running out!
The 5K supports On Our Sleeves, The Movement for Children's Mental Health. On Our Sleeves is on a mission to give free expert-created resources to all U.S. communities so everyone can understand and promote mental health for children.
Kids don’t wear their mental health on their sleeves, and by supporting my efforts, you are helping to break stigmas and give kids a voice. No action is too small. No voice is too young. Together, we can make mental health a part of the upbringing of every child. Mental health is near and dear to my heart and affects us all on a day-to-day basis.
