Everyone should know by now that children’s mental health is my passion and my purpose. I have been working at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as a licensed social worker/ mental health therapist for over 10 years! Children’s mental health has been a national crisis for some years now…. 50% of mental health disorders begin before the age 14. 1 in 5 children is living with a mental health disorder and studies have shown that the onset for most mood, personality, eating and substance use conditions occur between adolescence and young adulthood!


The on our sleeves movement is working towards educating familes and breaking the stigma around mental health, and to advocate for more research and money to put forth prevention/treatment to improve mental health. Please donate if you can for this cause!
