We are so fortunate to have a world-class children’s hospital in our community. Many of the athletes I’ve coached have used their services. Personally, we had to rely on Nationwide Children’s for my son, Mac, before. In what was a terrifying night for us, I can’t imagine how we would have felt if we didn’t have their facilities close by.
In my 11th consecutive Columbus Marathon, I am honored to be running as a Children’s Champion for the third time, fundraising for the hospital.
I know there’s a million wonderful causes out there that need funding, so I’m going to call in a personal favor. If my running journey has ever motivated you, informed you, or maybe even just entertained you, please consider contributing to my fundraising page, linked below.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.
Thank you for visiting my Children's Champion page. Did you know the purpose of the Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon is to raise funds to support life-saving research and care? Nationwide Children’s Hospital is committed to treating all children regardless of their family’s ability to pay, which cannot be achieved without community support and generosity. I am participating in the race for this mission and I am determined to help children from all 50 states and more than 60 countries treated at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Won’t you join me in helping kids everywhere?
