In loving memory of our daughter, Rosaria T. Durant, we invite you to join us in honoring her generous spirit this Christmas season. Rosaria was a joyful, compassionate 4-year-old who understood the beauty of giving. Nothing brought her more happiness than choosing gifts for her family and friends during the holidays, lighting up with joy as she shared them.
One evening, while playing with her toys, Rosaria had a heartfelt idea: she wanted to give some of her toys to children in the hospital to make them feel happy and loved. She had planned to buy new toys and personally bring them to Nationwide Children’s Hospital before Christmas. Tragically, on December 7, 2016, Rosaria passed away in a car accident, and her dream of bringing joy to those children remained unfulfilled.
To carry forward her wish, we are organizing a toy drive for Nationwide Children’s Hospital in her memory. Rosaria would be overjoyed to see this dream come true. We hope you’ll join us in raising funds for toys that will bring comfort and smiles to children facing challenges this holiday season.
Your generous contribution, fully tax-deductible and acknowledged by Nationwide Children’s Foundation, will make a meaningful difference in a child’s life.
On behalf of Rosaria, and the patients and families at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, thank you for helping us share her beautiful spirit and love.
Sincerely,
Moriah Escoe-Jones (Mother) and Steven Durant (Father)
