I am Kimberly, the mother of Timothy Matthew Stang, for whom the Timmy's Kids fundraiser is named.

We learned at a routine ultrasound when I was 18 weeks pregnant with Timmy that, due to a poor prenatal diagnosis, he would either not survive the birth or pass away shortly after he was born. Despite this, we made the decision to carry to term. It is a choice that we do not regret, and we cherish the time we spent with Timmy.

Having keepsakes, like handprints and foot molds, are some of the only tangible items we have to remember Timmy. They are beyond precious to us. That is why, when we heard there are limited resources for other bereaved families who leave a hospital without their sweet newborns, we knew we wanted to help these families in some way. Your donation will assist in purchasing items like canvas, paints, and plaster so that all parents are provided the opportunity to create memories with their little ones.
