Thank you for visiting my Nationwide Children's Hospital Fundraising page!

I am fundraising to support the individuals and families within the CP Program. Families who have a child with a chronic health condition face many day-to-day physical, emotional, and financial struggles.  Factor in a nationwide pandemic with increasingly stressed social systems and these struggles are further magnified. Funds raised will directly benefit individuals with CP and their families through program initiatives that support immediate concrete needs, promote community inclusion, and enhance caregiver wellbeing. 

My goal is to raise a minimum of $1,000 and have committed to getting MY FIRST EVER TATTOO toward this effort.
