Memorial Tournament Patron Will Call
The Memorial Patron Will Call (MPWC) is pleased to offer two different levels of service, Premium Service and Standard Service . The Memorial Patron Will Call is hosted by the Memorial Tournament Volunteer Committee for Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Their goal is to provide the community with a convenient and efficient means for exchanging Memorial Tournament badges. The fees collected benefit the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
The Memorial Patron Will Call Premium Service handles the exchange of your badges for the entire tournament week. The Premium Service is offered for a requested minimum fee based upon the number of total badges.
The minimum fee for Premium Service is:
|$75||1-6 Badges||$255||31-40 Badges||$480||71-90 Badges|
|$120||7-20 Badges||$320||41-50 Badges||$580||91-125 Badges|
|$180||21-30 Badges||$380||51-70 Badges||$680||125+ Badges|
The Memorial Patron Will Call Standard Service provides a one-time badge pick up. When you drop off your badge, you designate the name of the person who will pick up the badge. NOTE: These badges are NOT returned to the MPWC. The minimum fee for Standard Service is $5 per badge.
The MPWC Hours of Operation* are:
|Monday, May 29||7:00 AM – 5:00 PM|

*In the case of a rain delay, MPWC will close one hour after the end of play.
Memorial Patron Will Call volunteers will check photo ID to assure that the person picking up the badges is the person on your guest list. A volunteer will assign your guest a badge and record the badge number before your guest “signs out” the badge. As your guest returns the badge and signs it “back in” a volunteer will check for the correct badge number.
It is your company’s responsibility to assure that all badges are returned to MPWC each day by 7PM for the next day’s use. You are welcome to check in with MPWC at the end of each day to verify that all company badges have been returned or to obtain the names of the guest who have not returned a badge. The MPWC will not be responsible for calling you to inform you of unreturned badges.
MPWC will NOT be holding your guests’ identification in exchange for your company’s Tournament badges. Once a badge is released to your guest, MPWC is not responsible for the badge, or its return. Nationwide Children's Hospital, the Memorial Tournament, the Memorial Tournament Volunteer Committee and our volunteers will not be held responsible for unreturned, lost, stolen or otherwise unavailable badges.
